100% CREDIT ISSUED FOR DIAGNOSTICS
- For return sent back with RGA# within 30 days of the invoice date and the products are returned in their original box.
REAGENT CREDIT POLICY (Note: Refrigerated items cannot be returned for credit.
60% CREDIT ISSUED FOR:
- Any return sent back with an RGA having a minimum of Nine (9) months Expiration Dating.
50% CREDIT ISSUED FOR:
- Any return sent back with an RGA having a minimum of six (6) months Expiration Dating.
0% CREDIT ISSUED FOR:
- Any return sent back with an RGA having less than Six (6) months Expiration Dating.
INSTRUMENT & DEVISE CREDIT RETURN POLICY
All instruments must be in their original box along with all supplies.

- Will be eligible when returned within 60 days of invoice date.
50% CREDIT ISSUED FOR:
- Instruments returned in their original serial numbered box unopened six (6) months from Invoice.
10% CREDIT ISSUED FOR:
- Instruments returned without its box from 7-11 months from original invoice date.
0% CREDIT ISSUES FOR:
- Instruments returned after 12 months from the invoice date.
