Kacey goes to great lengths to ensure the freshness of all its product. Some of our diagnostic supplies are sensitive to heat. Kacey ships all heat-sensitive products Next Day Air to distributors who place them in cold storage for shipment to you. Our policy ensures that products from Kacey are not contaminated en route from us to distributors. Your distributor employs similar protocols and should deliver fresh products to you.
Please check all Kacey C&S products that require refrigeration promptly upon receipt from your distributor. If you receive a refrigerated product that you believe to be contaminated, alert your distributor immediately. Your distributor will handle your warranty claim. If, after review by Kacey, it is deemed that the product was contaminated due to improper handling on our end, we will honor our quality commitment to you. However, we cannot extend our freshness warranty on products in the supply chain that are contaminated through no fault of our own, as we have no control over their storage or method of transit to you.
If you need to make a return, please contact us before doing so. You must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to returning any Kacey products. Products sent to us without an RGA number will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Products requiring refrigeration must be shipped via next day or 2nd day service and are not shipped on Fridays.
Because our products are shipped worldwide, we do our best to find the most suitable shipping rates once we know the size, weight, and expediency of your order. For items in need of refrigeration, we take into account the transit time, the season, and the climate of the destination zone to calculate the amount of refrigeration needed to ensure your order arrives in good, viable condition at its destination.
